MCD Election 2022: Thieves enter Arvind Kejriwal's rally, stole phones of AAP MLAs and councilors

For MCD Election 2022, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal did roadshows at many places in the capital on Wednesday. But during this, a big problem happened to their leaders. In fact, the mobiles of 12 of his MLAs and about 20 councilors were stolen in these rallies. Delhi Municipal Corporation elections are to be held on December 4, for which political parties are holding rallies on the streets for the election campaigns.

DCP gives information about the incident

in the roadshow, the mobile phones of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Akhilesh Pati Tripathi as well as two other people were stolen. After the incident of mobile phone theft, others including the MLA have lodged a complaint with the police. Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Sagar Singh Kalsi said that along with MLA Akhilesh Pati Tripathi, the mobile phones of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti's secretary and Guddi Devi have also been stolen. 

All three people have filed a complaint in this regard. According to the police, a case of mobile phone theft has been registered. Is being investigated. Same, Chief Minister Kejriwal did a road show regarding the MCD elections. During this, the supporters of the party were seen dancing and shouting slogans on the beats of Dholak.

CM Kejriwal gives speech

Delhi CM Kejriwal while addressing a gathering on Wednesday said that you people gave us a chance to fix our schools and hospitals, and we did everything. Mohalla clinic was also built, and free electricity was given, but cleanliness is not in my hands. He said that if he comes to the Municipal Corporation, it will be made corruption free. CM Kejriwal said, to vote for those who work.
