Morphed photo of CM Yogi replaced by Deepika Padukone, FIR in Lucknow| Pathan Controversy

Controversy continues over the film Pathan across the country. In this, there is fierce rhetoric from all political parties. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's photo was tampered with and posted regarding the film Pathan. 

FIR registered against culprit

An FIR has been registered in the Cyber police station of Lucknow for pasting a morphed photo of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in place of Deepika Padukone . An FIR has been registered under Section 295 (A) of the IPC and Section 66 of the IT Act. This FIR has been registered on the Twitter handle @AzaarSRK_ on behalf of the head constable of the cyber station. The cyber team of the DGP headquarters has been deputed for investigation.

Demand to ban the film

The song 'Besharam Rang' from the film Pathan has been in controversy since its release. Actress Deepika Padukone is seen wearing saffron colored clothes in this song. Hindu organizations have come out on protest regarding this. Along with Hindu organizations, Muslim organizations have also demanded a ban on the release of the film 'Pathan', accusing it of spreading obscenity.
