The 26/11 terrorist attack was planned by Tahawwur Rana. Tahawwur Rana’s involvement in the Mumbai attack was thoroughly described by Lashkar-e-Taiba member David Headley during interrogation. Rana kept in touch with the Pakistani Army and helped the terrorists plan their logistical assistance for the attack. In the course of the investigation, Headley, a suspect in the Mumbai attack, changed his side and testified before the sessions court in Mumbai, providing all the information.

The 48-page judgement was delivered by Magistrate Jacqueline Chooljian on Wednesday, and it stated that Rananshould be transferred in accordance with the extradition agreement between India and the US.
