Maharashtra Minister Nazab Malik on Wednesday shared the picture of NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede’s Nikahnama (Marriage Certificate) along with latter’s picture from Nikah Ceremony along with Shabana Quraishi, who according to Malik is Sameer Wankhede’s first wife.

Malik maintained that his tweets about Wankhede are not associated with religion but are a way of exposing the fraudulent means through which the NCB Zonal Director obtained the caste certificate to get admitted into the Indian Revenue Service.

Nawab Malik has levelled serious allegations against Sameer Wankhede. Two days ago, he said that the zonal director is not a Hindu but a Muslim and obtained Caste Certificate through forgery to get into IRS under the Scheduled Caste Category.

Earlier, he tweeted a copy of Wankhede’s birth certificate which showed his father’s name as Dawood K Wankhede, while it is Dnyandev Wankhede as per the NCB website.

“I want to make it clear that the issue I am exposing of Sameer Dawood Wankhede is not about his religion. I want to bring to light the fraudulent means by which he has obtained a caste certificate to get an IRS job and has deprived a deserving scheduled caste person of his future,” Malik said in one of his tweets on Thursday.”

Nawab Malik said that the Nikah of Sameer Wankhede took place on December 7,2006 in Mumbai and Aziz Khan, husband of Officer’s sister Yasmin too witnessed it.

Earlier, Prabhakar Sail, a key NCB Witness in Mumbai Cruise Drug Bust Case, earlier registered a complaint levelling extortion charges against Wankhede. He claimed that officer was involved in bribery of Rs. 25 crore, following which a vigilance probe was ordered against the NCB Zonal Director.

Nawab Malik has also accused Wankhede of framing his son-in-law and two others in a drug peddling case in January and then further delaying the process of their bail. He also said that NCB showed 200 g herbal tobacco as “ganja” and then presented photographs of seizures taken at its office.
