Chili flakes/ Oregano
Heat a one spoon oil in a non- stick pan at medium flame
Add all the chopped vegetables including Mushroom, Soybean, Onion and Capsium in the pan.
Saute it till the color changes to golden brown
Add Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes & Oregano in the vegetable mix as per your taste.
After giving it a good mix take the mixture out in the bowl and let it cool.
Add 4-5 spoon of Hung Curd in the mix
Take 2 slices of bread, better to take Atta bread and fill in the paste between the slices
Tadaa your mushroom Soybean sandwich is ready.
