In order to prevent, we must make sure to brush at least twice a day, in the morning and at night before bed. A dentist should be seen if the issue still exists.

  • Tooth Decay- When food is left on the teeth after a meal, tooth decay typically results. If we don't brush properly, these substances will not be cleansed and will build up to become plaque and subsequently tartar. When this tartar comes into contact with sugar, it produces acid that eats away at the tooth's enamel and causes decay. Again, brushing twice a day is the most frequent remedy, but if tartar has formed, you must go to the dentist to have your teeth cleaned or polished.

  • Oral Cancer- This is by far the deadliest and most deadly dental condition, and it can kill a patient a year after it occurs. The two main causes of oral cancer are chewing tobacco and cigarette smoking.   • Periodontal Disease-It is a gum infection that surrounds the teeth. Again, the bacterium causes gum problems when we eat and fail to brush. Gums typically swell and begin to bleed. Periodontal disease must be treated by a dentist if any gum problems are felt.
