The incident of wall collapse has come to light in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is being said that more than 6 laborers may be buried under the debris after the accident. After getting the information, the police reached the spot. Actually this accident happened due to the collapse of an under construction wall in Noida Sector 21. The whole matter is about the repair of the drain of the boundary wall being built in Jalvayu Vihar of Noida Sector 21. During this, a wall about 200 meters long fell here.
With the help of 3 JCBs, the search is on for other people by removing the debris of the wall. The aftermath of the incident is overwhelming for relief and rescue. Administrative staff are busy. It is being said that the work of making a drain beside the wall was going on, due to which excavation was done on the sides of the wall.
Due to excavation and rain, the foundation of the wall weakened and it collapsed. Due to which the people working to make the drain got buried under the wall itself. Giving information about the administrative action in this matter, Noida DM Suhas LY said that Noida Authority had started work for the drainage repair work near Jalvayu Vihar.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed grief over the accident and expressed condolences to the bereaved families. The CM has instructed the DM and senior police officers to reach the spot immediately. The Chief Minister also directed to give a relief amount of Rs 4 lakh to the kin of the deceased from the Disaster Relief Fund. The Chief Minister has also directed for proper treatment of all the injured.
