Reason for staying the arrest

In view of this, he had demanded that the Supreme Court should stay his arrest and transfer all the cases to Delhi. Today this matter once again came before the bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice Jamshed Pardiwala, but today the attitude of the judges had changed.

Arguing for Nupur Sharma, senior advocate Maninder Singh said that the situation has changed since the court's observations on July 1. There is a possibility of a person from Pakistan coming to India with the intention of killing Nupur. Some people have been arrested in Patna. He was also plotting to kill Nupur. In such a situation, it will not be possible for Nupur to apply to different High Courts of the country. This can put their lives in serious danger.

Nupur Sharma life’s in danger

There are reports that a man came from Pakistan. Some people have also been arrested from Patna. Where the first FIR is registered, the rest of the cases are clubbed. Secondly, relief is given not to take any punitive step.
