An explosion hit Pakistan’s Zafar Express going to Quetta, killing two passengers and four other passengers being severely injured. The train was going from Peshawar to Quetta and the blast took place when Jaffer Express was passing through Chhichwatni railway station. 

Reason Behind the Blast

Pakistan media quoted a railway spokesperson saying that the explosion occurred after a cylinder blew up inside bogie number four of the economy class. The spokesperson told local media that the cylinder was carried to the washroom of the train by a passenger.
