Pet Dog Travels in Luxury as owner book entire Air India Business Cabin for Chennai.

Taking a flight for travel is still a luxury for many people. However, there are some pet animals who get to travel by air with their rich owners. Recently, A dogner owner of India booked an entire business class cabin of Air India while traveling with their pet from Mumbai to Chennai. The pet parents booked the business class cabin of Air India flight AI-671 early on Wednesday morning to give their paw child a luxury travel experience. 

Dog Travel in Air Asia from Mumbai to Chennai 

According to the news, the owner booked the entire cabin by paying more than 2.5 Lakh Rupees for the two-hour-long flight from Mumbai to Chennai. The fare of one business class seat of Air India Mumbai to Chennai flight cost around 20k and the owner surely paid a hefty amount by purchasing tickets for all the seats. 

According to TOI, "The J-class cabin on Air India A320 aircraft has 12 seats, so the cute pup flew in luxury.”


Dog travel allowed in Air India 

Let us tell you that Air India has allowed the pet parents to fly with their pets but this is for

Dogs have traveled in Air India business class before, however, this is probably the first time that an entire business cabin was booked for a pet. 

As per the flight guidelines the passengers travelling with their pets are allowed to take a maximum of two pets on board. And the dog got seated at the last row of the booked class. 

Last year in 2020, Air India took off with around 2000 pets on board between the months of June-September. 

Last year in Mumbai,  Deepika Singh, a Mumbai-based cyber security researcher re-united  six pets with their owners in Delhi.
