Petrol Diesel Price:

The Oil companies haven’t raised the prices of Petrol Diesel in the country today, as the rates remain constant since Diwali.

It must be noted that the center reduced the VAT on petrol by Rs 5 and on Diesel by Rs. 10 per liter on 3rd November 2021, a day before Diwali, considering which, various other states also lowered their VAT rates.

The petrol rates in Delhi are currently constant at Rs. 103.97 per liter, while the petrol rates in the neighboring NCR regions including Noida and Gurugram are quite lower, which automatically creates pressure on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to lower the duties on petrol in Delhi. Considering this situation, a fall in the demand for Petrol pumps in Delhi has been noted.

While considering the petrol prices in the whole country today, then today is the 14th consecutive day on Wednesday, 18th November 2021, when there has been no change in oil prices. It must be noted that oil prices in the country have remained stable since the excise duty was cut.
