PM Modi reached Maharashtra on Sunday to inaugurate different projects. The PM reached Nagpur in the morning itself, where he flagged off the Vande Bharat Express train running between Nagpur to Bilaspur. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was also present.
This train will run between Nagpur to Bilaspur. It has a total of 912 seats for the chair car. Indian Railways is working on the target of running 75 Vande Bharat trains as part of the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. According to reports, at least 35 Vande Bharat rakes have been approved in the coach production program for the current financial year. While 67 rakes have been approved for the next financial year (2023-24).
Modi also addressed the public regarding these schemes. In this, he said, "There are two special things in the schemes that have been launched today. Both these are different types of infrastructure projects. Like Vande Bharat and AIIMS are different types of projects. Like there are many flowers in a bouquet, This is the bouquet of development, whose fragrance will spread far and wide. For the first time in the country, there is a government which has given a human form to infrastructure. There has been a human touch in all our projects. When there is no sensitivity in infrastructure works , They don't have human form. Only iron, stone is visible, then the general public has to bear its loss.
