What is the cost of one vote in an election? These political parties understand very well, whether it is in the Legislative Assembly, Lok Sabha or Presidential elections. Political parties try their best for every vote. Now The Presidential election is going to be held in the country next month, for this also the opposition from NDA to the opposition has tightened its back. The results of the Lok Sabha by-elections have also given strength to the ruling coalition.

UP by-poll elections won by BJP

BJP candidates have won by-elections in two Lok Sabha seats, Azamgarh and Rampur in Uttar Pradesh. Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirhua of BJP won Rampur Lok Sabha seat and Ghanshyam Lodhi of BJP won Azamgarh seat. The victory in the by-elections of BJP candidates will play a big role in the presidential election going to be held next month.

In the presidential election, Uttar Pradesh alone has 14.86 percent of the total votes of 10,86,431 voters' representatives across the country. After this victory of BJP candidates, the road to victory of NDA's candidate Draupadi Murmu in the presidential election is going to be easy. However, the vote count of NDA is going to outweigh the number of votes of all the states across the country in the presidential election.

Despite this, the country's largest province, UP, plays its important role in the presidential election. Because the value of the vote of the elected Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members of all the states for the Presidential election is equal, which is 700. But the value of vote of MLAs depends on the population of the state.

What does the NDA need to win the elections?

The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance has 5,26,420 votes, a little less than fifty percent of the total 10.86 lakh votes. In such a situation, the NDA will have to take the support of any party. In which YSR Congress and Biju Janata Dal are there. In the past, YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan and BJD chief Naveen Patnaik have met PM Narendra Modi in Delhi.

NDA is short of about 13,000 votes to win the presidential election. BJD has more than 31 thousand votes while YSR Congress has more than 43,000 votes. Naturally, the support of any one of these will suffice for the NDA.
