Punjab today became the first state in the nation to offer the distinctive colour coded stamp paper, hence fostering industrial expansion, with Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's announcement of the launch of green coloured stamp paper to assist entrepreneurs in setting up their units in the state. Growth will be accelerated.

Any industrialist who wishes to establish an industrial facility in the state may obtain this special color-coded stamp paper via the Invest Punjab website, according to the Chief Minister. He stated that by acquiring only this one stamp paper to set up their units, industrialists would have to pay separate costs for obtaining approvals from CLU, Forest, Pollution, Fire, and other authorities. According to Bhagwant Mann, businessmen will receive all essential departmental approvals to set up their operations within 15 days after obtaining the stamp papers.
