Why was the invitation not sent?

In fact, in this matter, the British newspaper The Telegraph has given detailed information about the matter in one of its reports. According to the report, UK diplomatic sources said that Russia has not been invited because of the invasion of Ukraine. While Belarus and Myanmar support Russia in the war with Ukraine, both have not been invited.

It was also reported that Britain has not had formal diplomatic relations with Aung San Suu Kyi's elected government since a military coup d'état.Venezuela and Syria have not been invited as the UK does not have full diplomatic relations with them.On the other hand, no representative from Afghanistan has been invited due to the current political situation there.
