The big news is coming out about Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. Congress general secretary-in-charge Jairam Ramesh says that Rahul is unlikely to participate in the upcoming winter session of Parliament. He will not leave Bharat Jodo Yatra. According to sources, the winter session of Parliament can start on December 7 and go on till December 29.
Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh gave this information on Saturday. He said that party leader Rahul Gandhi would not be able to attend the winter session of Parliament due to his busy schedule for Bharat Jodo Yatra. Jairam Ramesh said Congress MPs would not skip the Bharat Jodo Yatra to attend the winter session of Parliament. He informed that it is proposed to hold the session from December 7 to 29 and the final decision regarding the dates will be taken by the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has started from Kanyakumari from 7 September, stating that the Bharat Jodi Yatra is separate from politics. So far this journey has passed through four states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. This journey is currently in Maharashtra.
The 3750 km Bharat Jodi Yatra of Congress will pass through 12 states. It will cover 3,750 km from Kanyakumari in the south to Kashmir in the north. Apart from the Congress, leaders of many other parties have also received support in this journey. Lakhs of people are being claimed to be involved in the yatra.
