CM Shivraj gives order for strict action

After the statement given by Raja Pateria in this matter, BJP workers had also burnt the effigy while protesting and raising slogans against him. At the same time, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had also given instructions to take strict action in this matter. Raja Patria, in his clarification after the video was aired in this matter, had said that his statement had been distorted. Home minister gives statement

Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, “He habitually does this. Life imprisonment, capital punishment for such acts inciting people are sections 115 and 117. These sections have been imposed. Raja Patria was arrested from Hatta (Damoh) today. He is currently in Powai. Sections 115 and 117 of IPC have been added to sections 451, 504, 505, 506, 153b. He will be produced in Powai court. These are non-bailable sections but it is up to the court."
