Rajasthan Train Derail: 8 coaches of Suryanagari Express derailed in Pali, Rajasthan, 24 injured- Watch Video

On Monday, eight coaches of the Suryanagari Express derailed in the early hours near Pali in Rajasthan. The incident took place at 3.27 am between the Rajkiawas-Bomdara section. The train was going to Jodhpur from Bandra Terminus. According to the report, 24 people have been reported injured after the train derailed in Pali. Due to the accident, the route of 12 trains has been changed.

No Casualties Reported 

According to the information given by the North Western Railway, no casualty has been reported. An accident relief train has been dispatched from Jodhpur by the Railways.

A passenger said, "Within 5 minutes of departure from Marwar Junction, a sound of vibration was heard inside the train and after 2-3 minutes the train stopped. We got down and saw that at least 8 sleeper class coaches The tracks were derailed. Within 15-20 minutes an ambulance arrived."

High Officials Will Do an Inspection of the Area 

The Chief Public Relations Officer said that higher officials are expected to reach the spot soon. General Manager North Western Railway and other officials are monitoring the situation at the control room at Jaipur Headquarters.
