School Reopening: Amidst the Covid-19 situation, schools in Haryana and Rajasthan open while following Covid-19 protocols

School Reopening:

After being closed for more than a year now considering the Covid-19 pandemic, the state governments have once again decided to reopen the schools in the physical mode now. While reopening the schools, the state governments have directed the schools to strictly follow the Covid-19 protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for students.

The Rajasthan government has also decided to reopen its schools for offline studies for students of Class 6th to 7th, in its first phase. While for students of Class 1st to 5th the schools will reopen from 27th September 202 1 for offline studies. All the schools have already been directed to properly sanitize the classes, and maintain a safe and clean environment for the students to study.

Haryana and Madhya Pradesh government open schools:

While the Haryana government has decided to open the school for Classes from 1st to 3rd through offline mode, however, students will only be allowed if they’ll have a written declaration by their parents for the same. While around 70% of teachers have been vaccinated.

Along with this, the Madhya Pradesh government has also decided to open schools for students from Classes 1st to 5th, and the Jharkhand government has also opened schools for offline studies. 

Covid-19 guidelines for school reopen:

It must be noted that the students will always have both the option of continuing with either online studies or offline studies, and no student will be forced to come to school. Staff, teachers, and students have been directed to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow all the Covid-19 guidelines properly.
