SCO Summit 2022: PM Modi, Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif, Xi Jinping meeting on hold, India- Pakistan

SCO Summit 2022: In Samarkand, Uzbekistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had one-on-one meetings with the leaders of numerous nations. In his conversations with Presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin, Iran Ibrahim Raisi, and Uzbekistan Shaukat Mirziyoyev, Modi raised a number of significant topics.


In addition to this, the SCO Summit produced a positive image. Turkish President  Rajab Tayyip Erdogan and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met. This conference is essential since Pakistan routinely exacerbates tensions in relations between India and Turkey. The Muslim country of Turkey is seen by Pakistan as being friendlier than Saudi Arabia.


No meeting with Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif, Xi Jinping 

While it was reportedly mentioned during the day that PM Modi may potentially meet separately with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, neither leader showed up, and the meeting was cancelled. PM Modi's take on Ukraine Issue
