Terror Attack in Syria: Destruction worsens; 53 people died in terrorist attack; Watch video

Syria witnesses a major terrorist attack. It has been reported that the attack has been carried out by the Islamic State. The explosion in Syria’s Al-Sokhana city on Friday is the biggest terrorist attack in a year. 

Civilians killed

The attack killed 53 people tragically. A hospital doctor said that 46 civilians and seven army personnel were killed in the attack. He said that they were brought dead after the attack, with dozens of people also injured.

ISIS involvement

The US Central Command said that four US military personnel were injured in an explosion during a raid while a senior ISIS (ISIS) leader of Syria was killed. US Central said that the ISIS leader killed in the attack has been identified as Hamza al-Homsi.
