A heart-wrenching incident has happened in Texas, America. 19 children and 3 others were killed in a shooting at Raab Elementary School in South Texas. The shooter's age is said to be 18 years. According to the reports, the shooter has been killed during the police retaliation. This information has been given by the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott. The governor described the incident as one of the largest shootings in Texas history.
It is the deadliest school shooting since the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. The incident took place in Uvalde, Texas, a small town with no more than 20,000 people. The name of the attacker is being told as Salvador.
Giving further information, Governor Abbott said that the gunman had entered the Raab Elementary School in Uvalde with a gun and rifle. The shooter was a resident of a community that is about 85 miles (135 kilometres) west of San Antonio. The Raab Elementary School has an enrollment of just under 600 students.

After the shooting, Joe Biden sent an emotional message. Giving the message, he said, "I had hoped when I became president I would not have to do this — again," the president said, with longtime teacher first lady Jill Biden at his side. "Another massacre. Uvalde, Texas. An elementary school. Beautiful, innocent second, third and fourth graders. And how many scores of little children who witnessed what happened — see their friends die, as if they're in a battlefield, for God's sake. They'll live with it the rest of their lives."
