Officials from Tihar Jail have also established a front against Satyendar Jain, a minister for the Delhi government who is being targeted by Sukesh Chandrasekhar's accusations and video leak case. Jain, who is being held at Tihar on suspicion of money laundering, is now being charged with threatening inmates. Some of the jail's own officers have made the accusations. In order to have Jain transferred to a different jail, he has submitted a written complaint to the Director General of Jails.
According to a report submitted on December 8, Satyendar Jain was given a show-cause notice for allegedly breaking jail rules, according to Assistant Superintendent Jaidev and Deputy Superintendent Parveen Kumar of Tihar Jail. On November 30, he was threatened during this. It is alleged that on seeing the notice, Satyendar Jain, referring to the law officer and superintendent in charge of Jail No. 7, Rajesh Chowdhary, threatened to come out and see him.
Additionally, Chaudhary claims in the complaint that Jain assured him "this whole situation is political and whenever I would come out of jail, I will see all those employees" when Chaudhary invited Jain into the investigative chamber. In light of this, Satyendar Jain's transfer to a different jail has been sought by the jail administration.
