Indian-American Rahul Gupta has been entrusted with the responsibility of the director of the National Drug Control Policy by the US Senate. Rahul Gupta has become the first doctor to head the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). Rahul has been a clinical professor in the Department of Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine. In addition, he has been an assistant professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management, and Leadership in the School of Public Health at West Virginia University. He is a visiting faculty at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. 

2. Who has become the first player in the world to take 100 wickets in T20 International cricket as the fastest (53 matches)?

Rashid Khan has now become the fastest bowler to take 100 wickets in T20 Internationals. Rashid has completed a century of wickets in the 53rd International. The special thing is that Rashid also holds the record of taking the fastest 100 wickets in One Day International. In the year 2018 in his 44th One Day International, Rashid completed his 100 wickets. Earlier, the record of taking the fastest 100 wickets in T20 International was in the name of former Sri Lankan fast bowler Lasith Malinga. Malinga took 76 matches to touch the 100-wicket mark in T20 Internationals.

3. When is National Unity Day celebrated?

National Unity Day is celebrated every year on 31 October. October 31 is the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of India.
