Try these home remedies to get rid of the rashes (ghamoriyan) caused during summers

Home Remedies for Heat rashes/ghamoriyan:

The scorching summer heat in the northern region of Indian is causing great difficulties to the people. Also, the summer heat brings with it unwanted rashes and other skin infections. 

So, here are some of the home remedies which will help you get rid of the rashes which are caused during summers.

1. Baking Soda:

 Mix 1-2 spoons of baking soda in a glass of cold water to make a paste, and apply it to the affected area. Slowly rinse it off, and pat dry. Apply a moisturizer followed by this.

2. Gram Flour (Besan): 

To the 2 to 3 spoons of gram flour, add water to make an even paste (without lumps). Now apply the paste to the affected area, and let it rest for around 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat the method once a day for at least a week to get the results. 

Gram Flour acts instantly against rashes and doesn’t even causing a burning sensation. 

3. Ice:

Take around 3-4 ice cubes and roll them in a thin piece of cloth. Now apply the cloth full of ice to the affected area directly, for instant relief. Apply the ice for 5 to 10 minutes, and repeat the process twice a day to get the best results.

Try these home remedies regularly as prescribed to get the best results. Avoid in case of any allergies from any of the products mentioned above.
