Voting is about to begin on the Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat today. After the death of Mulayam Singh Yadav, the by-election (Mainpuri by election 2022) is being held on the Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat. In the Mainpuri Lok Sabha by-election, Abhay Ram Yadav, brother of late Samajwadi Party patron Mulayam Singh Yadav, cast his vote at Abhinav Vidyalaya, Saifai, Etawah. He said here that SP is going to win with a huge margin.

There is no competition from any other political party. SP MP Ram Gopal Yadav after casting his vote said that Dimple Yadav will get three times more votes than Mulayam Singh Yadav. He said that SP agents were not being allowed at many booths. We spoke to the Returning Officer, I will find out if the permission was granted later. Similarly, BJP goons came to the Mainpuri power station in an inebriated condition and pushed our agent out. Police and administration are not helping. He talked about not allowing people to vote in Rampur as well. Also made many allegations against the SSP.

The Mainpuri seat is considered the stronghold of the Yadav family. After voting today, the counting of votes will take place on December 8. This time, Dimple Yadav, daughter-in-law of Mulayam Singh and wife of SP chief Akhilesh, is in the fray as a candidate from the Samajwadi Party in the by-election. On the other hand, BJP candidate Raghuraj Singh Shakya is giving a tough challenge. While the BJP had fielded an army of ministers for campaigning to win the Mainpuri seat, Akhilesh Yadav and Shivpal Yadav reconciled to win Dimple Yadav. Shivpal Yadav also gave the title of Chhote Netaji to Akhilesh during the campaign here. In such a situation, the SP has tried to connect the public with itself through emotional cards.
