In Uttar Pradesh, Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party chief Shivpal Yadav has indicated to prepare a third front with SP leader and Rampur MLA Azam Khan. He has said that a decision will be taken on this after Azam Khan comes out of jail. The special thing is that the tension between Shivpal and SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav continues.

Decision will be taken after Eid

At the same time, now news of sourness is also coming out between Akhilesh and Azam. Regarding the new front with Azam Khan, Shivpal said that a decision will be taken about it at the right time. When will he come out of jail? He said that he will talk to the party leaders on this issue after Eid.

Khan's bail plea is likely to be presented in the Supreme Court on May 2. Khan, a 10-time MLA from Rampur Sadar, is in Sitapur jail for the last two years in several cases.

Shivpal not joining BJP

Shivpal, who came to inaugurate a pump, reiterated that he was not joining the BJP. The special thing is that even before this, he has reacted to the statement given by Akhilesh about joining the BJP. He had challenged the SP supremo to be expelled from the legislature party.

He had said, 'The vision of the Samajwadi Party to fight for the interests of the people under his leadership is nowhere to be seen today.' In the assembly elections held in March, Shivpal had won on a SP ticket. Regarding Azam Khan, he said that the Rampur MLA is being harassed in 'small matters'. Khan had left the post of Rampur MP after winning the election of MLA from Rampur Sadar seat.

Shivpal said, "If Mulayam Singh Yadav had sat in front of the Lok Sabha on Azam Khan's issue, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has respect for Netaji, would have listened to him sympathetically."
