The vitamin B complex is a substance that is abundant and crucial for our bodies. We gain strength and vitality from eating it, enabling us to manage our regular activities. The vitamin B complex has the advantage of being a collection of many vitamins, such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, and cobalt.

The B complex is made up of eight water-soluble vitamins that play crucial and interconnected roles in cellular activity in the body. Vitamin C is the only other vitamin that is water-soluble; the others are fat-soluble.

Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin, folic acid, and the cobalamins (vitamin B12) are the vitamins that make up the B complex. Because the majority of the B vitamins are essential for cellular function, they can be found in a variety of meals. Some, like vitamin B12, are primarily found in animal foods like meat.
