Kolkata Cab Driver Dipta Ghosh: B.Tech pass daughter becomes cab driver after father’s death

Cab driver Dipta Ghosh from Kolkata was issued a commercial driver’s licence in 2021. Ghosh claims that her mother recommended that she begin driving cabs after obtaining a licence. To become a skilled cab driver took her three months. Dipta Ghosh, a former engineer who now drives taxis, defies expectations. Deepta quit her well-paying work after her father passed away since she couldn’t move far away with her mother and younger sister.

Dipta obtained a commercial driver’s license, acquired an Alto, and began driving cabs in 2021. Dipta is content with her choice, and she makes up to Rs 40,000 every month. Dipta works six days a week and spends 6-7 hours a day operating a taxi. She no longer desires to work for any organization. People are praising Dipta for her courage and spirit after hearing her story and being moved by it.
