In areas with high altitudes, snowfall has begun. In the Yamuna Valley, including Yamunotri, it is raining nonstop. In light of the potential for rain and snowfall in high-altitude regions, as well as the potential for hailstorms and rain in the lowlands, the meteorological department has issued a yellow notice.
