Weather Update: Cold wave hits Delhi, Check the weather pattern in different states including UP, IMD report

Weather Update: All of North India, including Delhi-NCR, is experiencing another change in the weather patterns. There could be a cold wave next week, and the minimum temperature could drop as low as three degrees Celsius, according to a warning from the meteorological department. The Meteorological Department has predicted that Delhi could have a high temperature of 17 and a low temperature of 7 degrees Celsius today.

Delhi’s weather forecast

The Meteorological Department predicts that in a few locations in Delhi, the minimum temperature may fall as low as 3 degrees. The highest temperature is between 17 and 18 degrees Celsius. The temperature on January 16  can typically range from 5 to 17 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature is expected to be 4 degrees on January 17, with a maximum temperature of 17 degrees Celsius, and 4 degrees and 18 degrees on January 18.

Foggy weather for the next 5 days

According to the Meteorological Department, over the course of the next five days, dense to intense fog may be present in a number of districts in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh. The situation will remain constant both throughout the day and at night in various areas of Bihar. The following four days are also predicted to bring forth a lot of fog in Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir, and Uttarakhand.

The minimum temperature in Delhi today, January 15, is expected to be 7 degrees Celsius, and the maximum is expected to be 18 degrees. A cold wave that has been occurring in several regions of northern India is causing these fluctuations.
