Weather Update: Cold wave will wreak havoc in North India, IMD alert issued

Now the cold is continuously increasing in all the states of North India including Delhi. The temperature continues to fall in many states of North India including UP, Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir and people are now fearing cold wave. A blanket of fog is visible in the national capital Delhi in the morning. At the same time, coolness is being seen in the evening as well.

IMD gives information on Delhi weather

According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature in Delhi today is expected to be 27 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 8 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, Delhi-NCR will be partly cloudy today and there is a possibility of fog in the morning. According to the Meteorological Department, a drop in temperature will be recorded in Delhi even today. For the next two-three days in Delhi, there will be fog in the morning and there are chances of sunshine in the day.

Rainy season to continue in South India

According to the Meteorological Department, on the one hand there will be an increase in the cold in North India, on the other hand, the rainy season will continue in the states of South India. Apart from this, snowfall can also be seen in the mountains i.e. Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and some areas of Jammu and Kashmir. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of further drop in temperature in the next two-three days.
