Weather Update Today: The weather in Delhi remained pleasant on Friday. Due to the bright sunshine throughout the day, the maximum temperature of the capital also remained three degrees above normal on Friday. An increase in the minimum temperature was also recorded. The Meteorological Department has predicted that due to strong winds on Saturday, there may be a feeling of mild cold. However, the same pleasant weather will continue for the next several days.

On Saturday also the sky was clear in the morning and the temperature also increased. The maximum temperature was recorded at 24.7 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal. At the same time, the minimum temperature was 9.5 degree Celsius, which is one degree above normal. The humidity level in the air ranged from 88 to 37 per cent. Parts like Pitampura, Lodhi Road, Ridge and Najafgarh recorded maximum temperature above 25 degree Celsius.
The Meteorological Department estimates that the weather trend will continue during the next three-four days. Due to strong sunlight during the day, the temperature will increase. The maximum temperature on Saturday is estimated to be 25 and the minimum temperature is 10 degree Celsius. There is also a possibility of wind speed reaching 25 to 35 kmph during the day.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi's AQI was 199 on Friday. This level of wind is kept in the moderate category. This is the fourth consecutive day when the AQI has been recorded below 200.
