Weather update: The capital city of Delhi saw cool weather on the second day of May. The sun and the clouds played hide and seek all day, making it impossible to see the sun even on Tuesday. Even in the month of May, people seem to be enjoying the chilly conditions like February. Whereas typically people would begin using air conditioners and coolers in April itself, this year there is no need to even turn on the fan until May has arrived.
Tuesday’s maximum temperature in Delhi was 28.3 degrees Celsius, 11 degrees below average, and the minimum was 19.3 degrees Celsius, five degrees below average. The humidity ranged from 69 to 94 percent. It felt many times that there was a chance of rain, but there was no rainfall, but in between, a refreshing breeze persisted.
