Weather Update: Due to snowfall in the mountains, the temperature is falling, cold starts in Delhi- Watch Video

Winter has started in a proper way in entire North India including Delhi-NCR. On Thursday too, people felt decent cold in the morning. During this, the cold winds blowing increased the problems of the people. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature was recorded at 10.2 degree Celsius on Thursday.

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be a further drop in the temperature in the coming days. Meanwhile, during the next 15 days, a forecast has been made for the onset of chilly cold in entire North India including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

Mercury will fall further in NCR cities

According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature can be around 8 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature can be around 26 degree Celsius throughout the week. After this, the maximum temperature is expected to remain in the range of 26 to 27 degrees till November 29 next week. Overall, the minimum temperature will remain 7 to 8 degrees in the coming days. According to Skymet, the minimum temperature may drop further in the next few days. The cold winds coming from the mountains are the reason for the falling temperature in the capital.

Meteorologists say that this time new records will be made in the morning and evening. So far, out of 23 days in November, the minimum temperature has been recorded below 10 degrees on six days. Earlier in 2020, only six days during the whole of November and during 2017 the temperature was recorded below 10 degrees Celsius. There is a possibility of further drop in temperature in the coming days.
