Weather Update: The weather is going on and off in various parts of the country, while its sunny at some places, others are witnessing cats and dogs.The fresh rains that have poured in multiple states of the nation have maintained the weather pleasant and calm. The country might experience rain, hail, and thunderstorms in the upcoming days according to a warning from the meteorological department. 

IMD predicts rain in multiple Indian states

The Meteorological Department predicts that on March 23 and 24, northwest India may witness severe winds, rain, and hailstorms. The weather in Delhi could change on Thursday, according to the meteorological department's recent report. The National Capital Region will be cloudy throughout this period with light drizzles. Other than this, the weather in Delhi-NCR will remain the same on Friday, but it's likely that the rain will get heavier.

IMD issues Yellow alert for Himachal Pradesh

The light rain was a welcome break from the unseasonably warm summer, but as the rain gets more intense in the area, Himachal Pradesh may run into trouble. According to the most recent forecast from the Meteorological Department, a yellow alert for thunderstorms and lightning has been issued for five districts in Himachal Pradesh: Chamba, Kangra, Una, Hamirpur, and Bilaspur. Snowfall is possible at the state's highest elevations, while rain is predicted for the state's lower elevations.
