Weather Update Today: In many states of the country, the intensity of heavy rains has weakened in the last 4 days. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in 16 states including Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha on 26 September. Light to moderate rain and thundershowers may occur over these states. Heavy rain warnings have been issued in some states. In view of heavy rains, a yellow alert has been issued. According to the IMD, there is a possibility of lightning accompanied by heavy rains in isolated areas of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.

Heavy rain alert will be issued in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, light with strong wind in some parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Puducherry, parts of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. Moderate rain may occur. Heavy rain warnings have been issued in some states. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in 16 states in these states.

Weather changed in Delhi-NCR, fog in the sky

The weather changed after three days of continuous rain in Delhi-NCR. On Monday morning, fog engulfed many areas in and around the national capital Delhi, affecting visibility. The people of Delhi-NCR have faced fog in the last month of September. Areas of Ring Road, Airport, Sadar Patel Marg, Akshardham, Geeta Colony etc. of Delhi were seen wrapped in fog. Visibility during this period was less than 500 meters. After several days of rain in the capital, the mood of the weather has changed. After this, with the departure of monsoon, the direction of the wind will change and you will feel cool in the morning and evening.
