Weather Update Today: The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a rain alert in many states of the country. IMD has predicted light rain in the capital Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Talking about the temperature, the minimum temperature in the capital today is likely to be 27 degrees, while the maximum temperature is expected to go up to 33 degrees.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) bulletin said that the minimum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 25.5 degrees Celsius, which was two degrees below normal. According to the department, the sky of Delhi will remain cloudy. The maximum temperature is likely to be 33 degree Celsius. The bulletin said that it would be cloudy at many places and there is a possibility of light to moderate rain during the day.
According to the weather forecasting agency Skymet, in the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain with light to moderate rain may occur in some areas of Madhya Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Telangana, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh. On the other hand, heavy rains may occur in some parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands along with Marathwada, Konkan, Vidarbha and Goa.
