Monsoon has departed from many states of the country, due to which the rain activities have also reduced. But now once again the weather is going to change in some states and heavy rain has been predicted. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in Uttarakhand from October 5 and orange from October 6. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light, moderate and heavy rains in the entire state.

Yellow Alert states

Once again the weather has taken a turn in some states. The Meteorological Department has issued a forecast and said that there is a possibility of rain for two to three days in many areas of Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand. At the same time, IMRD has issued a yellow alert in 18 states of the country including Bihar, Jharkhand on October 3, 2022. Light to moderate rain will occur at some places in these states and a warning of heavy rain has been issued in some states.

According to the Meteorological Department, on October 3, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, parts of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa and There is a possibility of rain and thundershowers in some parts of Maharashtra. At the same time, there is a warning of heavy rain with strong wind in some states today. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in these states.

Rainfall warnings till 6th October

According to the Meteorological Department, after October 6, there will be moderate to heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh for two to three days. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in North East India for the next three to four days. IMD has told that October 2 to 6 in Odisha, October 2 to 4 in Gangetic West Bengal, October 3 to 4 in Jharkhand, October 4 and 5 in Bihar, October 5 and 6 in Northeast Madhya Pradesh, October 6 in Northwest Madhya Pradesh And Chhattisgarh may receive moderate to heavy rain and thundershowers on October 4 and 5.
