Weather Update Today: Severe cold conditions continue in the national capital Delhi. On Tuesday, people woke up to dense fog and faces difficulty due to low visibility. . The first dense fog of the season was seen on Monday. The situation was such that the level of visibility in Safdarjung was reduced to 25 meters only.
Even till 9-10 in the morning, people were seen driving vehicles with headlights on in many areas. The fog also affected rail traffic and over 72 trains were delayed by one to nine hours.
