Weather Update Today: The Meteorological Department forecasts that people will get relief from the cold for three to four days. Due to Western Disturbance, the minimum temperature may increase by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to go up to 20. After this, from January 14, the cold will disturb again and the temperature will also fall. 

Delhi Gets relief from cold on Wednesday

Delhi has also got relief from cold and fog. The Meteorological Department said that Safdarjung in Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 5.9 degrees Celsius at 6:10 am today. Drizzle has been predicted in the coming few days.

Slight rain and drizzle on January 12 

the Meteorological Department has also predicted rain, drizzle, snowfall on January 12 and another round of cold on January 14. The movement of planes and trains has also been affected due to the fog. Many flights are affected due to fog. The Delhi airport witnessed a blanket of fog during the last 24 hours.

Till 9-10 in the morning, people were seen driving vehicles with headlights on in many areas. The fog also affected rail traffic with over 72 trains running late by 1 to 9 hours. The Meteorological Department has forecast that fog will remain in Delhi for the next three-four days. Yellow alert has also been issued.
