Weather Update Today: The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain in Delhi-NCR today. The sky will remain cloudy throughout the day and some drop in temperature will also be recorded. But according to the Meteorological Department, due to this rain, the pollution in the air is not going to reduce. The pollution situation in Delhi is likely to become more severe in the next two days. The maximum temperature is expected to be 30 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 17 degree Celsius.

According to Skymet Weather, there is a possibility of light rain in many states of North India due to the effect of Western Disturbance, snowfall will continue on the mountains. Low pressure has formed in the Bay of Bengal, its effect will be seen in many states of South India, there may be torrential rains in the right states.

Possibility of Rains in Delhi

Amidst the ever-changing weather, there is a possibility of drizzling in Delhi for the next two days due to the influence of a western disturbance. However, it is likely to remain so low that it will not have a significant impact on weather or pollution conditions. The effect of an active Western Disturbance in North India will be seen in the weather of Haryana-Punjab as well as Delhi on Wednesday and Thursday.

Chance of rain in these states today

According to Skymet Weather, today i.e. November 9, 2022, light to moderate rain with one or two heavy spells is likely over southern parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Tamil Nadu. Light to moderate rain is possible over the remaining parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Isolated light rain is possible over South Interior Karnataka, Lakshadweep, parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and North Rajasthan. Along with this, light to moderate rain and snow is possible in Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Jammu and Kashmir. Scattered light rain and snow are possible over Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh.
