Weather News Today: According to an India Meteorological Department (IMD) report, Delhiites awoke to an overcast morning on Saturday, with the minimum temperature in the national capital settling at 24.4 degrees Celsius, three degrees below normal.
According to the bulletin, the maximum temperature in the city is forecast to be 35 degrees Celsius.
 
During the day, the IMD predicts mostly cloudy sky with mild to moderate rain and thunderstorms.
The monsoon is predicted to arrive in Delhi around June 27, perhaps a day or two earlier, according to Mahesh Palawat, vice-president (climate change and meteorology) of Skymet Weather.
Delhi has received 13 millimetres of rain in the last 24 hours. Several portions of the city were also reported to be flooded.
 
People are facing problems due to the humidity as the winds have stopped. Still, people are feeling relaxed due to this changing weather. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in the capital on Saturday was reduced to just 32.7 degrees. It is seven degrees below normal. In 2017, the maximum temperature had reached the level of 32 degrees. At the same time, the minimum temperature was also 24.4 degrees.
