Weather Update Today: The temperature is continuously decreasing in the capital Delhi. Due to snowfall in the mountains and cold winds from the northwest, Delhi's minimum temperature dropped by three degrees Celsius from normal. Because of this, for the first time this season, the minimum temperature fell below 10 degree Celsius on Friday. Therefore, Friday morning in Delhi was the coldest this season, but there was a respite from the cold due to good sunlight during the day.

The coldest in eight years on November 18

According to the data of the Meteorological Department, on November 18, it was the coldest in the last eight years. Earlier in the year 2014, on November 18, the minimum temperature was nine degree Celsius. After this, on November 18 this year, the cold was more. However, last year only on November 17, the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.6 degree Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 9.6 degrees Celsius on Friday, which is three notches below normal. At the same time, the maximum temperature was recorded at 25.9 degree Celsius, which is two degree Celsius less than normal. Mungeshpur and Ridge area remained the coldest places. The minimum temperature at these places was recorded at 9.2 degree Celsius and 9.4 degree Celsius respectively.

Whereas the maximum temperature was recorded at 24.7 degree Celsius and 26.5 degree Celsius respectively. A day earlier, Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 11.3 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 25.4 degrees Celsius.
