The weather conditions in Delhi NCR have changed with favorable conditions of light to medium rainfall. The sky of Delhi-NCR has been partly cloudy since Thursday morning, so there is a possibility of rain till evening. With this, once again the rain may start in the cities of the national capital Delhi and the NCR region.
As stated by the India Meteorological Department, Delhi will remain partly cloudy and there are chances of rain or light drizzle. According to the information, there is a possibility of moderate rain in Delhi between 9th September and 11th September. During the next few days also, the sky will remain cloudy over Delhi-NCR and there is an expectation of light to moderate rain. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for the next five days.
The Indian Meteorological Department has stated an expectation of heavy rainfall in Rajasthan, Maharashtra, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat, North Konkan, and mid-northern Maharashtra are expected to receive rainfall on 9th September 2021.
Also, northern regions including Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Northern Punjab, Jammu, Eastern Rajasthan are expected to receive heavy rainfall.
It must be noted that various regions of north-western India are likely to receive heavy rainfall. NDRF teams have been deployed at Maharashtra’s Marathwada region considering the onset of heavy rainfall in the region, as the region has already received an average of 98.89mm rainfall.
