Rishi Sunak is attending the first G-20 summit after assuming the post of Prime Minister in Britain. After becoming the UK's third prime minister this year, Sunak is set to hold his first bilateral meeting with US President Joe Biden and other world leaders at the summit in Bali, Indonesia.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi may meet UK PM Rishi Sunak during the G-20 summit. This will be Rishi Sunak's first meeting with Modi after becoming the Prime Minister of Britain last month.

A statement issued by PM Modi before leaving for Bali said, "During the Bali summit, I will interact extensively with other G20 leaders on key issues of global concern such as global development, food and energy security, environment, health and digital transformation.
