Israeli filmmaker Nadav Lapid has described 'The Kashmir Files' as obscene and a propaganda film. He said this at the conclusion of the 53rd Film Festival ceremony held in Goa on Monday. He is the jury head of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). He said that all of us are upset that such a film has been shown at the festival. This film is very vulgar.

“We were all disturbed and surprised to see the film The Kashmir Files. We found this film obscene and propaganda based. This film is not appropriate for such a prestigious film festival. I can openly share my feeling with you guys because it is the soul of this event that we accept and discuss criticisms here.
