Amla, also known as the Indian gooseberry is one of the best immunity boosters, and not only this, amla has many other medicinal benefits, as its consumption is termed as quite helpful for better digestion. One can even consume raw amla twice a day for better immunity and digestion. 

While adding Ginger, Mint, and coriander leaves to Amla to make a juice can do wonders to your immunity in winters. Consuming this juice in winters will keep the common cold, cough, fever, and other seasonal diseases at bay.

How to make Amla Juice for Immunity:

Ingredients for Amla Ginger Juice:

Amla - 5-6 chopped

Ginger juice (Adrak ka ras)- 1 tsp

Coriander or mint leaves - 3 to 4

Black salt to taste

Honey- 1 tsp

Amla Ginger Juice Recipe:

Wash all the ingredients with lukewarm water, now cut the amla, and put it in the juicer- grinder. Add all the ingredients and mix well, you can also add chaat masala. Strain it in a glass and enjoy the amla ginger juice.
