For the second day in a row, wrestlers at Jantar Mantar are on strike against the Wrestling Federation of India. The protesting athletes have accused several instructors and Wrestling Federation President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh of harassing female wrestlers in a sexual manner. They also expressed issues with the federation's operation as well.

Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh denies all allegations

Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, a BJP member and the president of the WFI, has refuted every accusation made against him. He made it clear that I am innocent of all charges and that no athlete was mistreated. He declared that he would be hanged if the accusations were found to be true. He claimed that there was a plot against me, but I'm willing to be investigated. He claimed that since a clear system had been put in place, Olympic-winning wrestlers did not want trials. He said that the Federation represents 97% of the players. According to him, the High Court's retired judges would establish a committee, and the administration may request any investigation.
