OMG2: Actress Yami gautama and Pankaj Tripathi most awaited sequel of ‘OMG’, ‘OMG 2’ has shoot schedule has been reportedly stopped after back to back seven members of the crew tested for corona positive. Back in April, Akshay Kumar’s Ram Setu also got delayed when 45 crew members of the film tested positive. The graph of corona may have curved down from the past few weeks but, the pandemic has again started creating havoc in many parts of the country and can soon bring a devastating 3rd wave. And if that happens, then many Bollywood biggies who announced their release date soon after the Maharashtra Govt. ordered to open the theaters will have to wait or postpone their release dates.

7 members from OMG 2 crew tested coronavirus positive:

The shoot for Akshay Kumar’s ‘OMG’s sequel ‘OMG2’ starring Yami Gautama and Pankaj Tripathi was on full swing, but unfortunately the shoot schedule has been halted. Producer Ashwin Varde stalled the shoot  for two weeks as soon as the news broke. The time period may extend, considering the further situation. The lead actors including the director of the film has reportedly been tested negative. In the film, Akshay Kumar will also be seen in a pivotal role. 

About the film OMG 2

According to a report mentioned by Bollywood hungama a source revealed that the plot of the movie is nowhere going to be same as the first part. Although Akshay will be reviving his role of Lord Krishna but like the previous film which focused on religion the upcoming will revolve around the Indian education system “The storyline of the film has been written in such a way that Akshay's character will be able to easily integrate with his role. Exam stress and college admissions will also be addressed in the film."
